So it’s important to make the little time you have together special. For us guys, it can hard finding time for women. There are two strategies that I use to get over this. The first one is that I focus on quality time. That means that with the limited time that I do have to spend with my girlfriend, I make sure that when we are together she’s the only thing that matters in my life. I turn my phone off, I turn my internet off, I turn the TV off, and I make sure that I concentrate one hundred percent of my attention on her.
I find that spending even twenty or thirty minutes with a woman where your focus is one hundred percent on her is so much more powerful than when I used to spend four or five hours with a woman just dicking around and not really being present with her. So that’s step number one. Focus on the quality of the time that you spend together. Creating day date ideas is a great way to do this. Women love it when you plan a day around them.
Step 2 – Introduce and integrate her into your daily activities
The second step is to take the everyday activities that you have, and to find a way to turn them into fun date ideas use some creativity.
