Number one on that list is mindset. Mindset is basically what we filter information through. So if you have the wrong mindset, it doesn’t matter what sort of skills you develop, or what sort of behaviors you work on, you’re still going to struggle to have success.
The mindset that most guys have is that they want to chase women. They feel like they have to win a woman over in order for her to be interested in them. This is just the wrong mindset to begin with. When you chase something, its natural instinct is to run away. So the harder you chase something, the more it will pull itself away from you. The appropriate mindset, instead of constantly chasing, is having a mixture of chasing and withdrawing.
We refer to this mindset as push/pull. Think about it in this sense: if you’re standing next to someone and they pull you towards them, what do you tend to do? You tend to resist that and pull away. What happens when they push you away, or they push against you? Once again you have a tendency to resist it and you push back against them.
So by contrasting this technique of push/pull, you’re going to begin to have a lot more success and build a lot more sexual attraction with women. Now the push/pull can happen on a physical level where you hug a girl and then you push her away; or it can happen on a verbal level where you give a girl a compliment but then you add on some sort of a demeaning remark, like, “You’re really cute. Too bad you’re a dork”. That’s step number one.
Step #2 – Presentation: vocals, eye contact, and body language
Step number two is to work on your presentation skills. When we’re looking at presentation skills it’s basically how you interact and communicate with the world around you. There are two facets to this: communication from a verbal perspective, and from a non-verbal perspective.
So I encourage guys to work on their vocal tonality, to work on their eye contact, and to work on their body language. A basic search on this site will give you some really good clues as to how you can become better with your body language so that you are instantly able to attract women towards you.
Step #3 – Sexuality: heat things up
Step number three is learning to be more sexual. This happens on a couple of levels. The first level is that you need to be comfortable with the idea of you as a sexual being. You need to be okay with knowing that you want to fuck girls, and that there is nothing unhealthy or shameful about it; it’s just part of your genetic make-up as a man.
The second part is then being able to express that to a woman, and feeling comfortable talking about it. Really, the way you work on this is just by taking baby steps. So for me, when I started out, I would just move a conversation towards the topic of sex. I’d find out what a girl’s favorite sexual position was. I’d ask her how many sexual partners she’s had. I’d ask her what the most adventurous sexual experience she ever had was.
Usually I would do this in a fun and playful way so that it was something that she was comfortable responding to. If you can work on those three steps, you’re going to become infinitely more attractive to women. If anything, they’re going to be concentrating on having to push women away from them. They’ll be the one that women are chasing!
