He ended up improving with women, and he got to the point where he could consistently go out every weekend and pick up girls. He could get girlfriends, get laid and get sex. However, when a guy wants both results and happiness, he knows that getting good with girls will allow him to experience internal growth as well. He actually wants to value happiness and become happy through the process. Instead of doing things just to get results, he makes sure he does things that feel good to him and aren’t in contrast to who he is as a person. He doesn’t want to sell his soul just to get results. Sometimes he even knocks back opportunities that he knows won’t make him happy or might make him feel bad. He’ll compliment a woman and make her feel good as well.
I like to throw in a lot of happiness training with getting good with girls. For some guys, this seems like a paradox because you don’t really need to be happy to get good at picking up women. But in my opinion, it’s a waste of time learning to get good with women unless you can learn to prioritize happiness. Unless internal growth and happiness is part of your program for learning to be good with girls, you will more than likely end up unhappy. You want to make sure when you compliment a woman that you are doing it for the right reasons.
When you compliment a woman, make sure it is for the right reasons. Think about the two goals together. Not only do you want to pick her up and have more sex, but you want to be happy and feel good about the process, too.
