I want to tell you what the real problem is for most guys that want dating tips. 

We’re going to go a lot deeper than just information on how to approach girls or start conversations or how to attract women because what’s stopping you from having the girls you want in your life has nothing much to do with those things.

What it has to do with more than anything is your ability to take action. The best dating tips really are just to take lots of action. It's really that simple.

Dating girls is actually fairly predictable and fairly simple. 

You’ve got to just take action on the stuff that’s going to help you the most.

The first dating tip I want to give you is understanding the difference between green, yellow, and red activities. 

This is a really powerful concept and what you can begin doing is on a weekly basis is counting up all the time you spend on green, yellow, or red activities and then looking to increase the green and yellow activities.

So what I call green activities are the activities that are most likely to lead you to getting results and the time that’s spent giving you the best possible practice.

Now in my mind, there are two situations that provide the best green time and that’s going on dates with girls and spending time alone just you and a girl especially where there is a chance of something sexual happening.

Why is this green time?

Well, this is the best practice time you can get and this is the time when you’re most likely to get results. Understanding green time is the center point for all the best dating tips out there. Get more green time.

So what I want you to do right now is calculating the last week or the last month how much green time you actually spent. 

So how much time you spent on dates and how much time you spent with girls just the two of you.

Now, yellow time represents anything that is helping you to be better with girls but isn’t as directly related to getting results as going on dates. 

So it might be stuff like reading this website, going out and being more social and making more friends and talking to girls.

It might be doing exercises that improve your confidence, doing anything to remove social anxiety.

All these kind of things that in a way are improving you.

Now, there’s a danger if you do too much yellow and not enough green because yellow in its own isn’t going to get you results.

It’s going to definitely improve you, it’s going to be a definitely positive thing but you need to make sure that you’re not just doing yellow, that you’re doing green.

Now, red is anything that is negatively hurting your chances with dating girls. 

So maybe it’s time wasting activities, spending too much time on the internet, doing stuff that is lazy, doing stuff that is sending you backwards, like putting on weight, or anything you do that doesn’t make you feel good.

So maybe it’s being around people that aren’t a positive influence in your life.

Dating is simply a matter of increasing the amount of green activities in your life, maximizing yellow, and reducing the red completely.
