I don’t know what French kissing means to young kids today but, when I was growing up and coming through high school, it was all the rage. It was essentially just using your tongue when you kissed. What I’ve found is high school French kissing – or what I was exposed to when I was in high school — is not necessarily the most seductive approach to kissing. It looks more like someone trying to eat someone else’s face.

I have some strategies that I use to build tension when I’m kissing a girl.
1. The first one is that I want to be able to move in and out of her physical space or personal space. Scientists have had a look at how people’s personal space works – read The Territorial Imperative — and what they’ve found is that people who live in the country, as opposed to people in the city, have greater personal space barriers, which means that they don’t like getting too close to people; they actually feel uncomfortable and threatened when they get too close to people.
From the perspective of a man and woman, when a man moves into a woman’s personal space, what they can sometimes do is create a little bit of sexual energy and sexual tension. I think, particularly when we’re moving in as though we’re going to kiss the girl, we should pause for a second and then move out. That will create some tension.
2. Another thing that I like to do, once that I’ve kissed the girl, is focus on pulling away first. Leave her wanting more. What you can do as you’re kissing her and she’s starting to get into it, is start to slowly pull away and see if she follows you. Ninety percent of the time, girls will.
What this does is create on a deep subconscious level a feeling, where it’s almost like she’s now pushing herself on you. You can get to a point where, if you move slowly enough away from her, she will be leaning up on you, which is a huge turn on for her. It gets her to feel quite dominant and aggressive. Then, when you pull away, it’s likely to leave her wanting more.
The next time when you go to kiss, you can work on leaning in, going to kiss her, and then pulling back and going to her neck, instead. Once at the bottom of her neck, slowly kiss up her neck. As you do this, you can use your hand on the back of her neck, running your hand up along the back of her scalp, gently pulling against the back of her hair. As a strategy, this will drive her wild. She won’t be able to control herself.
I think that this approach will help you get the compliments of being a great kisser. When you’re a great kisser, for girls that’s an indication of other things that you might be good at.
