Finding the right gym class exercises can help you meet new girls or keep the one your with.
To start, what are some ways that you can meet some attractive girls in a gym setting?
Gym classes are actually the perfect way to be able to do that. First, you know the girls are either going to be super-fit, or their headspace is on how they can become fitter and more attractive. Second, you know they’re going to lead active lifestyles; and third, you’ve got some joint interest. You’re both interested in health and fitness, and that can be really important in terms of building a relationship.
This is why I really encourage guys to think outside the box a little bit on how they can meet more women, but at the same time they want to be doing it in a way that’s going to enhance their life in general.
Gym classes are the perfect environment for that. You could for example join a belly dancing class to meet more women. Or if you don’t have an interest in belly dancing and you don’t think it’s going to be something that is going to enhance your life, then look at one of the many other gym classes.
Going to the gym, getting fit, and meeting girls at the same is a perfect example of finding something that allows you to be more social, but also get all the extra benefits yourself.
Alright, so it’s like killing two rabbits with one stone. What about if you already have a girlfriend?
I encourage guys to start thinking more about what activities they can do with their girlfriend that’s going to move both of your lives forward. One of the challenges I find when people get into a relationship is that both people tend to relax a little bit. They become complacent, and too comfortable with themselves. They start putting on a larger size pair of pants. They start dressing in tracksuit pants, and they stop taking pride in their appearance. They often even stop doing basic grooming.
You can actually stop attracting women, when you get like this.
Being aware that that’s the natural reaction to getting comfortable in a relationship allows you to preempt it before it becomes an issue that can jeopardize your life and your relationship. In order for both couples to feel like they’re working together on that, it can be really beneficial if they actually spend time together working on the same goals.
A couple that actually have a gym membership and do a gym class together, or who go and work out at the gym, not only tick that box of making sure that they’re both still moving forward in life, but they also tick the box of them doing it together, supporting each other in this process which ultimately has to happen in a relationship.
Some other examples that people might be able to think of is going out to dance classes together. Going out and doing a cooking class together. We’re building life skills but we’re also strengthening our relationship at the same time.
