How do you lose your virginity

Sometimes you just forget... and time flies by!

The first step: Be open to change

It’s time to lose virginity, and the most important thing that you can do to lose your virginity is to be open to change. You know for certain that what you’re currently doing isn’t working, so the only way you’re going to get results is by making changes. Different people have different levels of openness with change. Some people don’t like change at all. It makes them feel uncomfortable and unsafe, whereas other people are very open to change.

Without a doubt, being open to change is one of the best ways of being good with women, because the world is always changing around us. Preferences are changing, and as well as that, we’re changing. We’re never the same as we were yesterday, and we’re going to be different tomorrow, plus our age and our life situations are always changing. If you’re not changing with it, you’re going to be left behind.

Want inspiration? Watch TV shows and read blogs more

I would encourage you to watch as many videos as you can on people having transformations and undergoing change. One of my favorite television shows is called Beauty and the Geek, where they get a range of guys who are pretty nerdy, they put them with attractive women, and over a period of time, they help them to develop their confidence. They even give them makeovers so they look different.

You’ve got to realize that sometimes when you change, you make the people around you feel uncomfortable. They may even give you some negativity. You’ve got to be willing to cop that and deal with it.

Unfortunately, if you’re a late-year virgin, the chances of you being able to turn that around are actually against you. It can actually be difficult to change your situation, so I’m going to give you the three outlines of how you can be a guy that breaks the trend and makes it happen. Your first time sex experience is right around the corner if you’re willing to start making changes.  This is real. I’ve met hundreds of virgins, some even into their forties and fifties, so I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t.

Check out this documentary. One of the best things you can do is study people who are dealing with a similar situation. The self-awareness this will give you will jolt you into action like you’ve never experienced before!

It’s time to take action

Without a doubt, the most important thing you need to do is to start getting used to taking action as much as you can. Along with the idea of change, you need to go crazy in making improvements to yourself. The most common thing I see guys do that screws them over is they don’t take enough action. They want to know how to shed but don’t make changes to become attractive.

Say, for example, they want to improve their sense of style. Maybe they read a magazine, look at a webpage, but in three months, the guy does not look any different. You’ve got to get passionate about taking action. You’ve got to wake up earlier in the morning and read fashion blogs. On your lunch break, you need to look at shops and get shopping and fashion advice.

It’s your time to lose virginity, so you need to look for any periods of time in your life that you can use to improve yourself. You need to go to bed later and wake up earlier and start to dedicate yourself to self-improvement. The only thing that’s going to get you girls is personal growth and improving yourself from the inside out.

I might not personally recommend the way this late year virgin in the Virgin School documentary went about it, but at least he took action.

Deal with your anxiety

In every case of late virginity I’ve ever seen, the guy has social anxiety. In 100% of cases, he suffers from shyness, inhibition, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, or just sheer nervousness around women and people. You need to get rid of this if you want any chance. A lot of guys focus way too much on trying to learn dating techniques and wondering ‘how can you lose your virginity?’ without actually removing their anxiety at its core.

Often, there’s a reason you suffer from social anxiety, and you’ve got to get to the root of it. One of my favorite books that you must buy in this particular moment is called “The Open-Focus Brain.” It teaches you techniques you can do in the moment to actually reduce anxiety and have a greater sense of personal freedom, so I highly encourage you to get on top of anxiety immediately and structure your life around never having anxiety again.

The Mindful Path Through Shyness is also an essential read. Grab the ebook and start reading straight away.

Get some help

You need to get help if you’re going to want to lose your virginity. I recommend seeing if you can find a dating coach, some guys who can help you socialize more, maybe a counselor, whatever it is you need when it comes to ways to lose your virginity. You need to develop a support group around you. The more you can be open with your problem, be honest with it and talk to people about it, the less of a big deal it’s going to become.

If you’re embarrassed about being a virgin and you keep it a secret, and maybe even fake being someone more confident than you really are, you’re going to progress a lot slower. There’s something very powerful about being an honest, open person, which brings a lot of consciousness to your problems. The sheer act of being good at asking for help tends to attract improvement and results, so I highly recommend that you learn how to get help.

Get people who will help you to take action

See if you can develop a support network around you, from people helping you with your fitness to your social life to your image. Get a support team. If you look at any successful person in life, they’ve always got a great support team around them, so make sure to get mentors, coaches , teachers, a support network, and people to help you when you don’t feel so good.

The more people around you, encouraging you, holding you accountable and making you push it, the more likely it is that you’re going to become successful.  Maybe join a mastermind group, a coaching group, or even a social group. The more people you can get with you on your journey, the more likely it is that you’re going to be successful. The more you try and go it alone, the least likely you’re going to get results.

Stop asking yourself ‘how can you lose your virginity?’ and ‘when should you lose your virginity?’ and start taking action! The steps above will have you sexually active in no time.
