If you’re not the most funny guy, a really good route is to be more self-deprecating. Be the guy that is aware of who he is and can even make fun of himself a little bit. Don’t take yourself to seriously. It’s a cool trait to have. Girls like that. Someone that can laugh at themselves and is not so stuck up. It just conveys a lot of really cool things. Being around someone that is quite funny or watching comedians are really good ways to gauge and understand how to deliver funny lines.

Learning how to express ideas in a really funny way is a great quality. Learning the subtle details can also help you inject a lot of that stuff into your own personality. You can learn to start to be more funny and amusing to people. Perhaps it might be really cool to learn some really funny little anecdotes. Think of some funny stories in your life. At the same time, you don’t want to be the funny guy. You don’t want to be there as an entertainment monkey for her. You want to be funny, but you also still want to be an attractive dude. So be funny but also be flirtatious, and come across as a confident, attractive dude. A good sense of humor goes a long way to attracting women.

You don’t want to try too hard. You are the person you are, but you can have a little element to you that is funny and it might even be like a personal joke that you share just with her. You don’t have to be the funniest person. In fact, if you’re quite a serious guy most of the time, and you do come out with something that’s quite funny, its actually even more funny than normal because everything else you say is quite serious.
It stands out a little bit more, so it will probably amplify the humour of the joke. Just don’t try too hard. Find little ways to interject it into your personality, and certainly don’t look like you’re trying too hard. That will make you look really needy. It’s almost like you’re trying to be funny to win her heart over and it just displays signs of desperation and neediness. That’s not attractive at all.
Funny movies are good to mention.
You can banter with her about ‘I saw this really funny thing the other day’ and then recite it. She’ll be laughing at it, and yes you’ve stolen it from someone else, but it’s coming out of your mouth. She still relates it as you being the funny person and it shows you have appreciation for humor. The fact that you’re reciting it and making her laugh is cool too.
