First of all, when figuring out how to express love, you need to understand the importance of sincerity. She needs to feel that you’re saying it because you really mean it, and not just to temporarily please her, or because you want to get something from her.
Girls are very intuitive, and more than likely will pick up on any insincerity right from the start, so don’t try to fool her.
Create the right environment
Secondly, you need to set up some kind of a background from which to tell her about how you feel. You don’t want to meet her for coffee and suddenly burst out professing your undying love – least of all in a public place where she’ll be under pressure to respond in a certain way.

If you’re not much of a writer, then by all means read a few love poems to get an idea for the genre.
If you really want inspiration, close your eyes and imagine how she makes you feel – and then just put it into words. You could even try writing, “When we’re together, you make me feel…” and then just brainstorm for a few minutes, and work from there. Remember that women respond far better to feelings than to facts. You can work on the rhyme once you’ve got the meaning figured out. 
Depending on how musical or artistic you are, you could also try writing her a song, or painting something beautiful. Make sure though that you’re making something unique, because that’s what’s truly going to be memorable for a romantic.
And lastly – don’t go making a joke out of it! You might create a really awkward and uncomfortable situation if you make your emotions and feelings unclear to her. Don’t back out once you’ve said it, or attempt to lower the value of your confession to her. Say it, stick by your words, and be sincere.
