How important a role would you say that the quality of someone’s lifestyle plays in their ability to pick up women?
Maybe you need to chuck your sandals off and start pursuing a better quality of life to meet more women
When it comes to how you pick up women, an interesting lifestyle will be an excellent asset to make you far more attractive in the eyes of women. Which is not to say that there aren’t guys out there who are pick up artists who are really good with women, and yet they don’t really have much going on in their life.
The truth is that having a boring life is not a particularly healthy approach to being good with women.
If anything, the absence of other activities that these men can be passionate about, besides picking up women, means that being rejected or coming out of relationships can lead to insecurities, and worse – looking to women as a source of how to find happiness in your life; in my opinion a recipe of disaster.
Okay, well let’s say that we wanted to build up a lifestyle. Just what does a lifestyle really consist of anyway?
To really work on your lifestyle means to start having more of a diverse range of interests, hobbies, or general activities that you do in your life. It could be anything, from the things that you’re passionate about, to simply new things that you have yet to try out.
In terms of hobbies it could be rock climbing, salsa dancing, improvisation classes, acting, etc. Even stamp collecting if you’re passionate about it. Although if you really want your lifestyle to benefit your dating life, then what I’ve found in my own experience is that it’s good to look for activities which have a two-fold effect. I’m talking about killing two rabbits with one stone.
Take for example something like Latin dancing. Not only is it great because it teaches you how to dance and adds a new dynamic to your personality and lifestyle; but it can also be a great way to meet women all the while improving your ability to touch them in a really sensual way.
You mentioned that focusing only on women and not having much else in your lifestyle can be bad or unhealthy. Could you explain why this is the case?
I think it’s really just a result of poor self-esteem, and always having to find happiness in women; which really isn’t a good quality to have as a man. I understand that a lot of guys find these pick up artists and want to immediately replicate the kind of lifestyle that they lead; but it has been my experience that these men are often quite empty inside as actual people, and have a lot of issues to deal with that are left unresolved.
I would rather promote a healthy approach to meeting women that not only increases the quality and substance of the women you are meeting, but enables you to truly reach your potential as a human being, and build a lot of internal confidence and self-esteem. Such an approach would promote both a healthy lifestyle, and an increase in general happiness throughout your life.
