When I was a bit younger, around the age of 23, I suffered from extreme insomnia. I just struggled to sleep. I slept at odd times. I would sleep in the afternoon and then stay up all night and it was no surprise that at that particular time I was suffering from a lot of difficulties mentally.
I was under a lot of stress and pressure and when I started to fix these mental health issues, I started to feel more relaxed. I started to feel better about myself and overcame my anxiety. My sleep improved and it was a beautiful circle because when my sleep improved my confidence improved and then my success with women dramatically increased.
Now I didn’t just wake up after a good night’s rest and start pulling women left and right, I stumbled across something else that got me laid like magic.
