You see, being the most interesting guy is very important especially if you want to make friends. The biggest mistake most of us make when trying to do this is that we become too egotistical and too self-centered. The more self-centered you are, the more uninterested people become.
The key to how to be more interesting is simply to live a passionate life and become more interested in other people. If you could truly get a handle on this concept, then the rest of this article would be unnecessary. The tips and tricks that I am going to share with you today not only will make your life more fascinating, but it will make you a better person. You will become that person who has a lot more to give.
Tip 1: Find your passion.
When you talk to someone who is truly passionate about something, it is almost like they have a light shining within. The aura that shines is a warm light which has direction. The closer you get to this warm light, the more you want it. It is fine if you do not know what you are passionate about as long as you try to find it and are doing things which could potentially become a passion.
Do this: Write a list of 10 things which you have an interest in and by the end of the week do at least two. Hobbies and interest are a great start. Eventually, you will find something that causes such a deep passion within that it will be evident in the way you talk, and walk, and live. Having an interesting lifestyle will draw interesting people to you.
Tip 2: Be happy.
Happiness is a choice. That’s right, it’s a choice. You must choose to do things which make you happy. It can be absolutely anything, such as drawing, painting, hiking, shooting, rock climbing, anything at all that makes you happy. Once you find what makes you happy, do lots of it. Happiness on the inside will show on the outside. You’ll walk around with a smile on your face, and your body language will leave no doubt that you are a happy person.
Women are drawn to happy people, it’s just a normal way of life. It’s not often that you see a depressed guy who has women flocking around just to be near him.
Tip 3: Meet as many people as you can.
It is no secret that the most interesting people in this world are the people that are the best with people. You want to become a people person, and the way to do this is by simply being social. The next time you are out of your home, make an effort to talk to as many people as you can.
It can be absolutely anything, from asking someone for the time, to asking for directions, or even asking someone how their day is going. The only agenda you have in mind is to simply enjoy the moment and try to find out something interesting about the people you meet. When you show interest in others, people become interested in you. There is a genuineness about you that will just draw people in.
Tip 4: Become interested in other people.
This is the most important factor of all, especially if you want to become more interesting yourself. You want to learn to be passionate about other people, and you do this by finding out what they do and what they like. Society has become extremely self-absorbed and people are becoming more and more egoistical and self-centered. Break off from the norm and be different by being genuinely interested in other people.
Think about the last time that someone was really interested in what you had to say. It felt good didn’t it? Live by the golden rule: Treat others like you want to be treated. When you really begin applying this concept, it will change your life forever.
