Feel like taking a boxing class... all of a sudden?

What’s the first change a guy can make in his process of getting better with women?

Do group activities. If you go to a gym, start going to some group classes. Look to be a part of more groups. If you eat on your own, look to eat with some work mates, or make some new friends to go out for food with.Develop more of a social attitude in your life.

How are your social skills?

Through that process, start to become more passionate about people and social skills. Start to just like people more, in general. Like what makes them tick, start to show more of a genuine interest in people and genuinely become more passionate about social situations. For example, you might buy a book about how to ask good questions in conversation? When you’re in your group activities, look to experiment with some different kinds of questions and see how they work.

Time for a physical change. 

A lot of guys have to lose some weight or put on some muscle. Some guys need to change the way they dress and get a new haircut. Experiment with some facial hair that makes you more attractive. I’d say, in a lot of cases, a physical makeover is a good idea. Is there something about you that you have been thinking of changing? Now is the time to start.

Relax.

You probably need to relax in your life. There’s a very big correlation between doing relaxing activities in your life and being attractive to women. It might be going for a weekly session in a floatation tank or getting regular massages? Even doing some meditation or yoga? You’ll find that the more relaxed you are, the easier it is to talk to women. This is just a simple fact. 

What are you doing this weekend?

I recommend, by changing your upcoming weekend, you can start immediately. Take a look at what you’ve planned for your weekend and focus on three main things. Number one, try to do something that makes you feel good. Maybe go back to a hobby or something you haven’t done in a while? Number two, you need to get more social activities in your weekend. Maybe go out, on your own if you have to, but at least do something social. Find a club where there is a band playing and just go and enjoy yourself. Number three, you need to look for ways to take some time out for yourself. This can be getting a massage or just taking the dog for a walk in the park. Get out and enjoy some sunshine. 

Maybe go to a park without a phone or a laptop? Spend some time thinking about yourself and your life. Take some time out for you, with no distractions, where you can ponder where you’re at and think about some ways to move forward. If you can do those three things this weekend, you’re definitely taking some steps to totally change your life.
