Eye contact

One of the biggest signs that someone has social anxiety is that they will struggle with eye contact. People that experience social anxiety will struggle to hold eye contact. They may look away frequently or avoid eye contact completely. They may also get nervous when they experience even brief moments of eye contact.

With daily practice, you can become more comfortable with maintaining eye contact with people. To do this, look a person in the eyes for 3 seconds longer than you normally would. You should do this with every person you see throughout the day, whether you are conversing with them or are simply passing by them on the street. By gradually extending the length of time you hold eye contact, you will become more comfortable with it. This will help you overcome any anxiety that may interfere with meeting and getting to know new girls.

Many times, improving certain situations is not about adding things. Instead, it is about elimination. When the situation involves being great with girls, you need to completely eliminate anxiety.

Maintaining eye contact is a good way to easily reduce your anxiety levels because it increases the amount of social tension.Eye contact  increases the chance for a connection while making you more noticeable. It puts more focus on you, which can sometimes make people feel uneasy.

In order to become more comfortable with eye contact, you should practice relaxing. Breathing exercises, such as pranayama breathing, will reduce your nerves and anxiety by forcing you to center yourself with some deep breaths. As you practice holding eye contact for longer periods of time, work on your deep breathing exercises to slow your heart rate and reduce anxiety. Your thoughts will be clearer, and you will feel more relaxed. Relaxation is very important when it comes to being good with eye contact. Once you find the right balance, eye contact will be very easy and comfortable.

You may think that you don't experience anxiety while maintaining eye contact or that your anxiety is very mild. If there is one thing I have learned, it is that results don't lie. If you have no anxiety, then at the very least you will have a reasonable sex life. Eye contact will be very easy for you. If not, then it might be time to aim for the source.
