What advice or suggestions do you have for men who are currently trying out online dating?
What can they do to see noticeable progress? How can they convince the women that they are dating online to meet them personally and move on to the next stage of their relationship?

The relationship is going to be built when you actually meet the person.
Talking to girls online is just a channel and a tool, but it’s certainly not the be all and end all of dating a woman. One tip I can give to men who are trying to meet women online is to focus on sending messages to a lot more women. An interesting fact is that only about five percent of the messages that guys send will lead to them actually interacting more with a woman.
There are some risks with online dating, because she doesn’t really know who you are and you don’t really know who she is.
One of the things I like to do, because of my own experiences with online dating is I like to get them on the phone. The reason for this is because it gives me the chance to see if she is who she says she is.
It can also build comfort with her so that meeting me, essentially a stranger, is a lot easier and a lot less pressuring for her. She knows that I’m a guy and that I’m not some old pedophile or something like that. I use the conversation to not only move things forward, but as an opportunity to build a lot of comfort. All that’s left is, if the opportunity arises in the first interaction, to ask her out and suggest catching up and take it from there.
You don’t need to go down that path straight away though.
You can always have a few phone calls and build up that confidence more and then go for the date. If you do take a shot at her the first time though and it doesn’t pan out then just see that as a sign that you have to build more comfort with her. You can do this by texting her a little or by having another conversation with her later on.
