Here are three great tips that I’m sure that you probably haven’t heard before that you need to action today. I’ve helped some students that had such crippling social anxiety that they barely left their house for many years, and now are able to turn it around, get on top of it and fix it.
It’s important that I point out that the advice in this article is not medical advice. In many cases and places anxiety and social phobia is listed as a real medical problem requiring professional attention. The information in this article is designed not to be a cure, but rather as a motivator for you to take action to get it sorted. In my experience the main issue with people suffering from these kinds of conditions is that are never truly aware how bad it is – mostly because how long they’ve had it – and they tend not to get enough help with it. Don’t make those mistakes.
Three tips to cure social anxiety and get the girl
1. Use social anxiety clinics at Universities and Hospitals. In a lot of cities, many universities and hospitals will have a very specialist social anxiety or social phobia clinic. This is where highly trained researchers, students and professors will be able to help people that have very strong cases of social anxiety or social phobia.
They usually are able to study your case, give you action steps and deal with it in a very professional environment – even better, it’s much more focused on social anxiety than counseling. The main problem I’ve found with people with social phobia is they don’t attack it hard enough.
Find something like this in your local area. Just the process of being open with your challenges, talk to people about them, and getting it out in the open can dramatically help your anxiety in itself. Keeping it a secret tends to make it worse.
2. Neurofeedback. This is a brain training device that is very powerful for balancing and curing imbalances in the brain. Not only can it give you greater control over your anxieties, but it can help you to remain calm and collected when it comes to meeting new girls and going on dates.

3. Take things step by step. It’s one thing not following through with a social phobia treatment, but another problem can be trying to do too much, too quickly.
