There are 3 levels…
When I meet a girl in a club environment, I’m focusing on moving the interaction through three levels. The first is the platonic level; the second is the personal level; and then finally, the third is the sexual level. As we start to move towards that sexual level, there’s a few things that need to happen.
1. Move her.
The first is that I’m building up momentum with the central idea of her becoming comfortable with my physical touch; that means physically moving her around the environment, and leading her. Maybe it’s moving her to the bar, then moving her to the dance floor, then moving her to the couches, and then perhaps moving her outside the club go to another venue, or to go and get something to eat. My eventual aim of course, the final destination if you will, is to progressively move her back to her place, or your place and straight into bed.
2. Get her to invest.
What’s important with this approach is that with each physical step that we take, there should be a requirement on her part to make a bigger investment in the interaction by following you. If you can create that level of escalation by moving a girl physically, that’s generally a great sign that she’s going to be open to going back to your place. Now, I think rather than reading the cues, it’s more important that guys identify particular phrases that might help them move a girl in a non-threatening way.
3. Be upfront.
I mean, you could just be upfront and say to the girl, “You know what, I’m really enjoying this time with you. I just want to go back to my place and make love for hours and hours.” Now potentially that could work, but I think a far more effective approach would be to say something like, “I’m really enjoying spending time with you. The club’s about to end but I’m just not ready for this night to finish. Why don’t we head back to my place and check out a DVD, and then I’ll drop you home in a couple of hours?”
Of course once she escalates to following you home it is all over – it will be straight to bed for you guys – save the DVD for morning.
