Being genuine is one thing, but you also need to be confident in who you are as a person, and the value that you can bring to people’s lives. One of the issues that a lot of guys have is they are takers and getters. They try to get a girl’s number. They try to get a kiss off a girl. They try to get laid. If you’re confident in who you are as a person, you recognize that you have amazing gifts to give women.
You’re no longer trying to get something off a woman to have success; you’re trying to give something. You’re trying to give a compliment, give her the experience of spending time with you, and give her a great sexual experience. When you start to recognize the gifts that you have to offer to people, you begin to walk through the world confidently and be able to express everything that you do with confidence. That’s true confidence.
3. Be in control of your sexual energy.
The third critical step – which sounds beneficial for yourself and is something I see with a lot of guys – is you have to start taking control of your sexual energy. The first step of that is being able to feel it. When you see a girl, what do you feel and experience in your body? If it’s an attractive girl, usually it’s a sensation of a shot to the heart or a shot to the stomach, maybe getting a little bit aroused. Whatever that feeling is, go with it. Don’t feel any shame about it, because it’s not you that’s doing it. It’s her that’s doing it.
She’s the one that’s turning you on. For you, it’s just a natural reaction. Why should you be ashamed of a natural reaction? Embrace it. The second step to moving things to the sexual is being able to project it. If you lose all guilt associated with the idea of enjoying sex and being a sexual creature, it will allow you to be able to project your sexual energy clearly and effectively.
