Deciding where to go on a date is a situation that all guys must deal with. If you want to make a great impression on a girl, carefully choose your date location. There are some good ways to figure this out, and some excellent locations that will work for any date, any woman, and any situation.
But instead of giving you specifics, I am going to provide you with a winning principle. This principle will give ideas to many different types of guys and for many different types of dates. It’s actually simpler than you think:
Be more adventurous within your own city.
If you want to know where to take a girl on a date in your city – you need to know your city! Guys who have trouble planning dates are guys who have not explored their own cities. For example, the city where I currently live has all types of cool stuff to do. There are dozens of different events, festivals, concerts, sports, and other activities going on at any time of year.
If you look around, you’ll discover that there’s always something going on. Unfortunately, many guys who also live here don’t even know these things exist. These guys live boring lives. The more boring your life is, the harder it will be for you to plan successful (and fun) dates.
Stop being boring.
If you’re living a boring life, you’ve got to stop. I recommend that you start by making over your lifestyle. Change what you do on any given night, and become more adventurous with how you spend your time.
Knowing where to go on a date, if you can’t figure that out already, requires you to have a more interesting and exciting life. Grab your local newspaper. Look in the events section to see what things are coming up. Network with friends or acquaintances, to see if there are any private parties or events you can attend, or bring a date to.
Make an effort to do different things, too.
For example, for New Year’s Eve, I am going on a local river cruise. There will be unlimited alcohol, a cool atmosphere, and fireworks. Many guys do not even know that a cruise like this exists. Make sure your social life includes more than movies and dinners. These are ok sometimes, but they get boring after a while.
Start exploring what is going on in your city. Make a list of different things you can do. Find as many fun places to go on a date as possible. See if you can get your list up to 20 or 30 things that you might be able to do on a date in your city.
If you’re worried about testing them out with a new date, you can try them out with friends first. You must be in the know about what is going on in your city.
There is nothing worse than meeting a girl, and then having no idea where to take her. Change up your life. If you are boring, make changes. If you do boring things, find exciting ones. You must become more adventurous to know where to go on a date that will knock a girl off her feet.
